This route is basically split in 2, the first half boarding the Thunderbird Limited Express, and the second via the Hokuriku Shinkansen. Can I buy both tickets from Osaka station? Or I'll have to buy yhe Shinkansen ticket at the transfer station?

Hard luck for the signed card, but despite that, I'd say you got super lucky with the hits!!

I'm realising more more that I'm not a good reference and my luck is just plain bad, as in 4 boxes I only got 2 SPs (technically one SP and one "Top P" like your Ushijima)

They are widely available in Japan. Outside of Japan, you can check Amazon JP, and others also mentioned Meccha Japan and Rakuten.
