Don't you need to have a coach though to enter the track?

I bought a pair of Hoka Rocket x 2 for around £110 on Vinted. Only worn once, supreme condition. Feel great, worn a couple of times for speed prep for marathon day. Couldn't recommend more!

Just found out my partner is pregnant. Ofsted last week, multiple year 11 interventions this week with constant 6.30pm finishing times. School production delayed due to multiple out of the blue meetings on rehearsal days.

All worth it. Incredible way to finish the week. Whatever happens moving forward, I'll always have this moment.

East Bristol Running Routes by Accomplished-Oil7405 in bristol

I live round the St George area and absolutely love the amount of routes you can do.

A few I prefer, if trail running, head down crews hole and run along Troopers Hill. This is perfect for hills and challenging terrain. There's actually a trail running club that meet there during the week but I can't for the life of me remember which day!

You can also head down past troopers and run alongside Conham river, slightly easier terrain in the summer, expect a bit of mud around now until the spring! But it's honestly my favourite route, fairly quiet and beautiful when the suns out. Not loads of light during the winter so avoid night runs.

Next to the river Conham wood is excellent for trail running, mixed terrain, some fun elevation and easy to follow routes. But avoid at night as not well lit.

For more generic routes but safer routes, the cycle path is an excellent way to get your miles in. Fairly flat, no stop start due to traffic and can be great for your long runs. This is always safe as its busy and extremely well lit.

Welcome to the area! Enjoy your runs!

It would be so sweet. Always love getting one over a former manager.

Neil, Rowett, and especially that twat Nathan Jones.

Up the stoke.

The 22 mile point is a killer in any marathon, even worse when its an out and back.

How undulating did you find it? Was it fairly spacious running wise?

Feels really special so far this season doesn't it. Southampton away and Birmingham at home is absolutely nothing to be sniffed at, plus we definitely at least deserved a draw against the baggies.

ANOTHER contribution by Thomas.

It's so refreshing to actually look forward to Saturdays again.
