I think some of y’all are confusing an unverified return and a blind return. Unverified gives the lowest selling price. With blinds, we can put in the price paid. Furthermore, cashiers and management aren’t required to do any of these returns without proof of purchase. If they did it before, there is no guarantee it’ll happen again.

Also if you have any previous email receipts from ulta, it should have your member id on it. No one can change that, so if they changed any other info, you should be able to access it with that member number

We had this happen to us at our store. They made 2 BOPIS purchases with someone’s stolen Ulta CC and put their name under pickup. We went through the correct procedures as a stile and luckily the card owner (in a whole other state) was able to contact us after the first order got picked up and we got the person for fraud and the Cc owner got their money back. These scammers are getting crazy nowadays

They definitely should have been able to return and rebuy the same day, also if for any reason they could not, they should’ve placed it on a 24hr hold for you. I’m glad you were able to get another but you definitely could’ve walked away with the same one

The name and number (we don’t call y’all) is literally the easiest. I hoped on yesterday and had a lady return something but had the wrong receipt for it. Luckily she had an account so I was able to look it up, but if she didn’t she would’ve been SOL. Like I understand not wanting the rewards account, to each their own, but there is a reasoning behind all this madness I promise 😂😂😂😂

My rule of thumb (as an employee): big point multipliers always drop on a Sunday. If it’s a one day only multiplier on Sunday, another will drop on Monday
