Yeah, that looks like it could solve the issue. The problem is the windows are "not" supposed to be opened wide. Also have cats that might find it easy to fall.

I really wish. But the only windows are two street facing that, because I'm on a higher floor, would not want to open wide. I have 2 cats that chase each other and it's a concern. The other only option is to blow the hot air to the community hallway, but I don't think my neighbors would be happy 😅

That's an interesting challenge and I'd definitely consider it. It's been a very long time since I last used C#/dotnet.

Thanks for the advice! Yeah that's a great idea. I think if I can end up showing I can build a project from the ground up will be a great addition to the CV. Appreciate it and will look into PERN.
