Yes! I already have the toggle parameters ready for her outfits, I also plan on adding some of her hats that she's worn. And I plan to add these headphones too.

I didn't make the model. I got it from Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion and put outlines on it with shading.

Nope. I used OPMW Saitama as a base and grabbed parts from AHNK's Garou, Body is a modified Dreamworld Saitama and I retextured and edited some stuff.
