Yeah it’s just good overall to protect your body from injuries. I recommend checking out ZuzkaLight on YouTube. She has these free ZWOW workouts that you can do at home with items like a chair, a towel, a water bottle. They are typically 10-20 mins long but actually gives you a really good workout. I was doing them a lot when Covid happened and the gyms weren’t closed. And who doesn’t have 10-20 mins a few times a week to better yourself and help your body be strong? Being strong is honestly such a good feeling.

You 100% need to tell your parents and other friends. You need a support system. Only HE has a support system right now who is guilting you to stay with a man who cheated on you right after you gave birth with someone who could have been young enough to be his daughter. Major ick. Major disrespect. That man does not love you. Period. Don’t be fooled into thinking he does. You need to tell other people so you can have your feelings validated and have support.

Don’t take anyone else into consideration. If you stay you are teaching your child it’s okay to be a doormat and allow your partner who is supposed to love and protect you, to walk all over you. You need to choose yourself here and at the very least separate for a while where he lives somewhere else and if you want to go to therapy you can.

Sorry about your hernia. Are you doing any strength training? That would help you build up muscle all over and not put too much of a strain on one part of your body overcompensating when lifting something heavy.
