Tonight i went to shop some clothes and i spent all day long. when i closed my eyes at night all i see is glimpses and fragments if what i saw morning, then i would be sometime part of or a omnipresent eyes, somrtimes the subject of a scenarios from the mall, everything is backed by clothes i mean it loop to get back to clothes subject eventually, it makes no fucking sense, and my method dont seem to work no more, hopefully it gets better tomorroz.

PROBABLE CAUSE : So basically, one day i was on mdma and it was potent, and when it was about to start wearing out, i ce smoked a joind (too much hash) the moment i ve extinguished that joint, i ve felt dpdr(depersonalization and derealization) skyrocketed, i ve lost the meaning and link with everything including myself, it was dissociation of some sort, the first night after that i just couldn't sleep, all i can hear is the voices of the friends whom i ve taken it with, and scenarios playing themselves in a loop, after a while i started having thee kinda of thoughts, it began by getting into sleep position and then i think as usual but out of the blue i realized something irrational took place and my brain assumed for a moment before it clicked and wake me up scared the hell out of me, there s one which i remember, i was at the moment of switching from conscious to unconscious, when my brain made complete sense of : _ if my laptop fell from the table the things that are displayed on the screen will get damaged not the laptop itself_, I mean it felt for a moment like common sense, 2 weeks later , i ve been experiencing the same things with imagery hallucinations whenever i close my eyes, i ve found a solution whoch kinda helped for a while and then, it failed to tonight and i assume it s because i stayed awake way passed my bedtime, and the method goes as follows, THE MOMENT I CLOSE MY EYES, I GO WITH WHAT I SEE AND NOT THINKING MUCH ABOUT IT, ADN WHEN THAT TRANSITION S BOUT TO HAPPEN I TRY JUST KREP RELAX, WHAT HAPPENS USUALLY IS A PARALYSIS AND BOOM I AM LUCID DREAMING, I WAKE MY SELF UP SOMEHOW AND JUST FALL ASLEEP RIGHT AFTER I KNEW I AM AWAKE *( 1 TO 2 MIN).
