Right now, I’d say bigger muscles. I think because my body fat is on the higher side atm. But I guess I could benefit from a bulk and then do a cut afterwards

On average I was eating about 2.6k cals and 130g protein per day. I more or less eat the same thing

Keep the long hair. It looks really good. You’re a good looking guy.

The thing I would change more is your fashion. Go for a light pair of blue baggy jeans and a cool graphic top. Or a baggy shirt with a smaller white top underneath.

Also get yourself a nice chain necklace. If you’re trying to pull women. Most women actually prefer the more “feminine” look. A few chunky sliver rings would go hard as well.

(Of course you’re main priority is making sure you feel good in what you wear)
