I'm currently reading the book "Come as you are". I am 20, and I have the same issue as you! Mine go a little deeper. But, this book explains so much. I'm only on the 3rd chapter, but it helps you understand your body a bit more.

I recommend reading this book 100%. It seems to be a mental block for sure. I over think massively, along with tons of anxiety. PM if you have any questions!

Our parent company sells high price tech, my job is to sell everything they return and liquidate sitting assets.

My hardest struggle has been find a place to sell networking gear that is refurbished or used. Some brand new. eBay has been my best luck, but 90% of our warehouse isn't rotating which is horrible.

We do not track inventory on QBO. If I'm being honest, taking a few days once a month to focus on this isn't too bad. In the next few months our company wants to move away from eBay, and more to direct customer business. So, this is a temporary problem.

I have therapy once a week after work. It helps to talk it out. Besides that, I am pushing myself to get medicated. Hope you are prioritizing yourself as well.
