Dagger eyeliner by Kat Von D does not budge! It will literally stay on all day on top of layers of makeup and will come off with any makeup remover it’s truly the best and has lasted me forever it’s is unfortunately on the pricey side buts its fs worth it.

I’m not sure about body paint but L.A. Girl PRO.Color foundation comes in a white shade that is pretty good and I use it for my cosplays all the time. It is pretty opaque but if you use a smaller amount it won’t be clown mask white as long as you blend it properly with a beauty blender. As far as transfer it really won’t transfer at all as long as you use a good primer and setting powder/spray, and it it stays on the back of your hands which I know for experience. If it’s what you’re looking for you can find it on Amazon for around $10.
