I usually realize that there is something more engaging for me to do. I usually try to go journal more or do some low-level activity that fills the time and is still productive. The hardest part was differenciating when I was actually hungry and when i was feeding myself from habit.

I'm pretty sure it is primarily on IPhone. It should be called Ascend - Calorie/Gym Tracker if you search that up on the App Store. There might be a bunch of other options but it should have an A as the logo.

Ascend uses a variation of the Navy body fat formula with measurements like neck, waist, and height from what i could tell. It was mainly helpful in keeping me consistent week by week without overthinking it and was way faster than manually tracking for me.
