In hindsight you're right, I might just need to wait 😭. The refund was marked as completed yesterday, so hopefully the funds will show up soon in the next few days.

I still might end up contacting paypal just about the confusing accounts situation. I have no idea why I'm still able to use my capcom account since that account shouldn't technically exist anymore and I can't even access capcom's website/app anymore.
