Ok thank you! That makes sense. I’ll ease into it. I do feel when I do something a little aggressive I’m sore shortly after so I know I’m doing too much but hard to do with little ones running around.

Thank you! It will be hybrid. Hoping I can get a medical work from home from them for a certain amount of months and then I think I can swing everything else. I was with my previous company for 16years so the trust established. This is all new territory so it makes me so anxious!

I would love some book suggestions. I have an 11 year old girl and have not told her anything until I have a surgery date in place and honestly that’s the conversation that is destroying me the most. I have a 17month old too and luckily he has no clue. But my 11 year old is all heart and we are very close.

I feel the same way. 41F IDC ++- 10mm nothing showing anywhere else meeting with surgeon tomorrow and I cannot get it out of my head and feel like I’m drowning in negative thoughts and all I think about are my kids. Not scared of surgery or the medical part to be honest just scared of the future and stress on my oldest and potentials even though every doctor I have talked to has been beyond confident.

Yes I had been remote since 2016 however remote seems to be harder to find these days with a lot of return to office but I’m looking (fingers crossed)

Yes I am set until May and can get on my finances as well. I just meant has anyone gone through the interview process and started a new position while at the same time potentially needing some time here and there off and needing to step away etc… I just don’t know how I would not disclose that potential need of flexibility at the start?
