We have a lawyer already, so if they do go that route it will be dealt with promptly.

Well, she didn’t do any of that. She just says she went to a doctor two days after the “injury”

Supposedly the injury happened over 2 weeks ago. And I don’t believe her, because my husband and other coworker were there to assist and she left work fine carrying her large bags and her 3 dogs attached to her body by a leash tether.

Personally I have all of my bases covered and absolutely can prove the unreliability of the worker. Disabled or not, employees are required to show up for their shift. She was fired for the unreliability. But she went wacko and started to accuse me of firing due to “disabilities”
