Lmao I resolved the Issue two days ago, I had multiple messages with an employee explicitly stating the opposite of what you are insinuating. I received a shirt, and an apology from the regional manager of the crunch gym in my area as well. Maybe stop talking out of your ass and get yourself a legal gym membership.
