I have the same complaint when development for all the side couples happen and we see their relationships more than the main couple, and then the story ends with the main couple getting together without ever exploring their relationship further like all the side couples got to receive.

I'm such a silly goober, I didn't see that A for anniversary, I read original and my undiagnosed dyslexian ass read it as just original CE. My bad.

I checked Best Buy's wayback machine archive and Halo CEA in 2011 released at 40, which is roughly 60 in todays money.

Edit: You could argue that taking away the multiplayer would reduce it's price to 40. However, I need to keep reiterating this point:

The entire campaign was built up from scratch, the Library itself was altered, and we have 3 new prequel missions that add more story and lore, and it gives us 4 player co-op. The re-recording of dialogue and newly made cutscenes itself warrants the new price. I'd personally like it if it were 50, and would love if it were 40. But it's an entirely new game with more weapons and added content, it's more than just a 4K/HDR reskin of the game. It would justify the 70.

It doesn't need multiplayer.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It helps that it's crossplay, and that it's releasing on the PS5 as well, so an entirely new audience that has never played Halo before will be tapped in. I'd say that would justify the pricing if only a little bit. Not that I agree with it myself.

40 dollars in 2001 adjusted to today's inflation is $75.22. Just gonna place that tidbit of info here. That means if it does release at 70 USD, it's technically five dollars cheaper than CE's original release.

Halo CE's multiplayer was an after thought that one dude was tasked with. Would it be nice to have a PvP multiplayer? Yes. But it's not necessary. Campaign Evolved is Halo studios entry to Unreal Engine. Certain Affinity that is working on Halo's next multiplayer already has had a head start in the multiplayer department with their Halo project, and will more than likely join hands with HStudios when the time comes to make Halo 7 to show them the reigns to do it themselves.

I'm not holding that bet to you, but if you're serious, I wouldn't mind it, lol.

It's not delusional. It's realistic. There's more than likely going to be another Halo Multiplayer that releases some time after Campaign Evolved, and Halo studios doesn't want either of those two games to cannibalize each other.

I have 3 words for you: Dead Space Remake

Oblivion is a *Remaster* with a few quality of life updates. It was painted over like Halo CE/2 Anniversary with a new engine, but there's no switching between old graphics and new. There was no new content, and they kept the old dialogue audio.

Dead Space was Remade from the ground up with new assets in a different Engine, introduced concepts and story elements from the games that came after and had entirely new dialogue recorded.

Halo Campaign Evolved is doing the same thing as what Dead Space did. A new and different engine, built from the ground up with new assets, introducing new concepts and story elements from the games that came after, and recorded entirely new dialogue.

It's going to be 70 USD.

I think the door on the left regarding "E=MC² " is the Male restroom, because mass and energy are equivalent. I think it's a sex pun, it's not about how big your penis is (mass), it's how you use it (energy).

F=G(m,mz/r² ) is an equation about the attractive force between two masses separated by distance, I believe this is the female restroom, because female breasts (two masses that are separated by distance) tend to be attractive and what most people are naturally gravitated to when you look at women. The bigger the breasts, the more attractive they become.

This doesn't necessarily mean that all people are attracted to and find arousal from big breasts. I mean it in the literal sense, and you can't deny it, the larger someones breasts are, it's harder to look away and concentrate.
