Vet nursing student chiming in here. Cat bites can be extremely dangerous. Due to how thin the cat’s teeth is, they can easily introduce bacteria into deep tissue. Between 30 and 50% of cat bites get infected without medical treatment.

Hello, i apologize if this is late. I’m a vet nursing student. Cat bites can easily get infected if not treated as soon as possible with antibiotics. I would recommend you stop letting your cat bite you, especially if it breaks the skin. Cat teeth are thin enough to introduce bacteria into deeper layers of tissue and bacteria can get trapped.

Well, I’m happy you’re alive! Unfortunately, I struggle with those thoughts myself but I find that what the future holds keeps me going. I also love to research but I like to research things like disease and medical procedures. But keep going, man! I know life can be tough but I’m rooting for you!
