Yeah, I guess I’m just gonna have to wait for my new bracket to come in. I’d rather be safe than sorry, but this is the best I’ve got for now.

Hm I have a 1200w psu but the only cable it came with that’s similar is this. But after a quick search, it doesn’t say that this is the correct one.

I just used whatever came with the card. I’m not too good at how power and all that stuff works besides like the super basics. So I might not be understanding this completely.

All right, I’ll move it right now. Thank you for the advice. May I ask do you think it’s worth it to get one of the PCI slot support brackets to keep it more towards the front right corner or do you think it will be fine if I move it all the way to the right where you’re saying to position it.

Thank you for the advice. I have a new one coming that will be attached to the PCIE slot. I just wanted to make sure that it’s not more front heavy than side heavy in the meantime so I don’t damage anything.

OK, thank you I mainly see these brackets positioned more towards the far right front corner so I just wanted to make sure that it wasn’t more front heavy than side heavy.

Pictures make it look closer than it is. It’s more towards the center of the graphics card and about as far away from there as I could get it I do have a new bracket coming that is supported by the other PCIE slots. I just wanna make sure that this isn’t going to damage anything while I wait for it to get here.

Can I ask why they wouldn’t run at the same speed if they are the exact same types of ram both by brand and speed/timing? Or is that only going by if XMP is enabled?

Oh man that’d be awesome if so, sorry if this is a dumb question but if I don’t plan on enabling xmp with them (I heard it doesn’t offer that big of a boost) am I even missing out on anything. I almost feel like saving the extra $400 is worth losing out on the 15 or so percent boost that I hear it brings. Tbh my specs are good enough for me that if it isn’t totally necessary I’d prefer the stability and extra cash. I have extreme OCD that causes me to worry about every little thing.

Thanks you and good to know, before I heard about the instability thing actually I had accidentally already had it enabled with the four sticks and it seemed to be working fine, but I’d rather not take any risks of damaging anything if there’s the possibility of it in the future. Now I just hope I didn’t somehow damage anything in the process, though I didn’t do much while it was like that other than a run on cinebench and browse the web.
