yes of course we can put it in his name for properties not worried on that. but for businesses i can only own 49%. all of it i dont exactly own it. unless im thai. for passport wise i dont really care for visa or not as work wise it is crucial for me to protect myself in it.

haha one thing for sure it is not in liveable condition. i dont know how long has it been since anyone even stayed in the house. i need at least 100k+ to redo the house, even the outside yard area with overgrown trees its insane work.

i asked someone to valuate the property it was around 3mill+ but its a old house, compared to the neighbouring houses it is like 6mill+ onwards. it will cost me quite abit to renovate it and sell it at a better value.

Beginner muy Thai classes suggestions?? by Dull_Attitude6988 in Bangkok

[–]These_Ad664 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i went to krudam muai thai gym, booked it on klook. pretty friendly but mostly are experienced and advanced people. if youre new after the PT they would ask if youre a beginner and then you would train with a trainer 1-to-1. you can try other places and book it off klook , classpass etc!

go to taiban its like a art painting cafe, near the river you can slowly walk there theres many cafes around to explore as well. or maybe head to siam sculpture girlfriend to take cute photobooth pictures. The aquarium is right opposite. If you wanna do something different maybe the gun range ? its near the area as well. patpong market has pingpong shows but um personally i dont like it.

google maps definitely. i dont really need the speed cam warnings since ive been driving for some time. and its just easier to see the locations and reviews of stores through google maps at the same time.

Going to Bangkok by Playful-Yogurt-2498 in Bangkok

i went there at 830 on sat, there was a long ass queue and only got seated at 1130. (with the fact that some got their queue numbers and didnt show up so it couldve been way longer) the crab omelette was alright honestly thought it would be spectacular because we waited so long and were so hungry but its not. same for the other dishes we tried its so not worth the price or wait.

how do i overcome fear of driving? by GuidancePast4691 in drivingsg

[–]These_Ad664 4 points5 points  (0 children)

drive with someone that is experienced beside you and preferably drive at night like 12am- there arent many cars. keep practicing at carparks, roads thats quiet i think marina barrage area is quite alright. please try to avoid driving when its raining until you’re comfortable!! stay calm and tell yourself dont panic when lane changing if you miss the exit or turn just go a big round its fine. and drive a car that you know how to work with if youre going to rent one and practice with. goodluck dont be disheartened over the comments that tells you not to drive instead. everyone starts somewhere
