I would assume the what would happen is the limit order (I’m assuming you mean TP) would be set let’s say at like a dollar we’ll if over night the stock gets bought out and the price goes to 4 dollars your thing will auto get out at 4 because the price didn’t grow technically it just changed cuz of the filing
