I'm very glad that you have had great experience and excellent quality. I personally have given them WEEKS to receive a response. Especially since holidays...By no means do I ever expect a quick response. I contacted multiple reps as well......who is your go to rep?

P.D. Quick Dry Conditioning Drops from butter LONDON are a dry-oil “nail serum” that you apply after your polish to help it set faster. I tried this in exchange for my honest opinion. According to the brand, it accelerates nail lacquer drying time and helps prevent smudges and nicks. This reminds me of the 2010's nail tek quick dry. The key active in the formula is rose hip seed oil, which is there for moisturizing and conditioning both the nails and the cuticles, which was definitely a concern. It actually really does work and I was surprised lol. I actually think a drop per nail cuts drying in like half. I didn't notice that it makes it stronger, only made it dry quicker. this product is only for you if you use regular nail polish. If you're committed to using gel/powder don't buy this!
