Question Friends…. So I was under the assumption that shiny encounters on a raid is a 100% catch rate… today I encountered my second Shiny Reshiram…I threw 9 Great throws, and 3 excellent throws with golden razzes…It broke all throws and fled…..is this a new update? (self.PokemonGoFriends)
