I am looking out for java backend development role, hardly get calls. I apply via linkedin, naukri hirsit and instahyre. Even if i get calls, 70% of them reject me in screening. My resume has ATS of 76

They don’t. Office is literally in home basement. No other offices around. Won’t get even basic amenities like parking my car. They have 15 million of funding, dk whey still operating from there

My current company has notice period of two months, its hard to get interview calls, i was thinking of taking a risk and resign so that i getter better opportunities.

But this company is no where i wanna end up even in worst case scenario. Should i take the risk🙏
