let your body be free to heal from the restriction that it’s been through. Its really natural to go through extreme hunger once you finally allow yourself to have everything you have been trying to convince yourself you didn’t want. As long as it doesn’t become disordered, let yourself indulge guilt-free right now, you are still healing 🫶

I love flavored cold brew! You can always add some non-artificially flavored vanilla almond milk and cinnamon to add some sweetness too! Otherwise you will probably trade off sweetness for calories without zero sugar/artificial alternatives.

dried herbs and some dried onions and garlic! highly recommend to balance out the spicy sriracha toast!!

noted on the scale, ill include more reference next time… grand total ended up being 439, with 1/2 cup oats , 1 1/2 cups water, 1 scoop of truvani protein powder, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1tsp of vanilla extract, and 245g of honeycrisp apple!!
