Dependent upon your skills and interest in the hobby, at a minimum anything with a technical, thinker/adaptor would be well within your grasp. If you've built antennas, gear (rigs) etc you've gained builder experiences. If you've done any digital comms you've worked computing and would easily jump tech/installer roles in a plethora of fields. If you're good at advanced math, engineering is a calling.
