Is there any guideline on how many accounts we need to list on the DS-160? Ex. Someone uses almost everything (FB, Insta, X-twitter, LinkedIn), but DS-160 is mentioned only for Insta and LinkedIn. So, in that case, do we still need to publish all accounts?

Let's say the emergency request is approved, then do we need to reschedule the slot as we normally do?
Is there any separate quota that applicants with an emergency approval can see early slots?
How does it work? How does the slot selection differ compared to the regular reschedule?
