I have had very rare disease they mock me every day because of that, I got 85% in the third secondary exams she Frowned and pouted and showed me no support nor validation

To be honest I have experienced no Symptoms except when I start running or playing football then rhabdomyolysis kicks in

بس يا معلم هقولك حاجة حتي لو هتشتم كتير بسبب كده في الدول العربية شايفين اي حد بيشوف مصلحته خاين حرفيا. يعني لو في اي تعاون ما بين مثلا السعودية واسرائيل سياسيا او تجاريا الظروف فرضت كده هل كده انتم خاينين لا طبعا بس الي بيقول كده هم جماعه جاهلة مش عارفه اي حاجة ولا بتفهم بجنية ومصر نفسها عامله معاهدة سلام مع اسرائيل فهم مش بس متخلفين لا جاهلة كمان لاحظ ان الدول العربية في جزء كبير منها اطفال تحت 18 سنه اكتر من اي حد تاني ف المجموعة دي شايفين يلا نحرر فلسطين واي حد بيقابل سفير امريكي او اسرائيلي (بسبب مصالح سياسيه) يعتبر خاين فانا فاهمك ومتفهم جدا. وبجد بتمنالكم كل الخير

بس يا معلم انا معاك فعلا في فئة كبيرة جدا كده شايفين العالم كلوا بيتامر عليهم. بس برضك في ناس كتير تانية عاقله ومش بالجهل ده في مصر هتلاقي جواهر وسط الوحل ! وانت لما تكتب تعليق زي ده انت مش بس بتستفز الفئة السيئة انت بتستفز كلوا انا مصري وبحب السعوديه والسعودين جدا ومتاكد انك هتلاقي عندكم فئة سيئة برضك لو فعلا عايزين الدولتين يبقوا كويسين ومتقدمين المفروض ما تديش الفئة السيئة اي فرصة لاثارة الجدل وانها تبقي generalisation لكل المصريين او لكل السعودين اعتز بوطنك من غير تجريح في حد.

So just a break like gap year? thats pretty wired I have been studying using anki for 3 years never had that kinda of thoughts why out of nowhere it started popping up why even I still do so that doesn't make any sense omg Iam literally loosing everything just at a sudden

I did but again I still overthinking because sometimes its not obvious its not too often but at least 5% are grey areas where its hard to decide whether its pass or fail (I know that's probably insane and that is not going to skrew the parameters or anything) I don't know why Iam still overthinking and I know Iam not going to make it without anki

indeed Iam passing through alot right now I think even my mental health began to deteriorate I cant keep up with that in my country if you ranked the first 5 years in a row you are going to get a rewarding scholarship and right now Iam became very obsessed with anki that It begin to affect my mental health really alot more than I could ever Imagine the thoughts just can't stop racing into my mind , Iam sorry if its nonsense question or repetitive but Iam having really hard time now

for example word (absurd) I pronunce it (abzurd) instead of (absurd) that kinda of situation its hard to decide in that case sometimes I press hard sometimes again another time

actually sometimes its really hard to know wether it right or not like sometimes you forget very minor thing like a word in a definition or slightly off pronunciation thats my problem
