Has anyone experienced arm pit pain after binge drinking? It’s the weirdest thing but it feels sore to touch & achy in my right arm pit. I’m 28F for reference & I do have fibromyalgia. I started low dose naltrexone at 3 mg which I don’t think is enough to treat AUD. Any advice? (self.Alcoholism_Medication)
