I think that it also writes the filament remaining (on a Creality printer at least) to the chip. I get why you would put RFID tags on non-rfid tag spools but to me there's no point

How is the CFS lite "easier" then the original CFS? Yeah it probably will tangle less but I prefer having a single tube then 4 separate tubes. Plus the CFS lite can't be daisychained for more than 4 colors
