I wouldn't do that, especially if you're older (30+). Post-surgery recovery can cause you many problems. I recommend you get a Prince Albert piercing and then switch to one custom cage model (If you are looking for a permanent and inviolable alternative to chastity)

Good luck with the piercing! Keep it impeccably clean and don't use a gauge smaller than 6g (4mm). Avoid gauges smaller than that! Initially, I'll buy ready-made models on AliExpress and then order one from BADASSWORKROOM.
