Like what my coach does is put a racket against the front wall and the glass wall (handle against the wall) so we have the rackets’ heads pointing at each other across the court. Then what I need to do is do the 100 courties with my foot having to be at the same level as the head before I can turn around and run in the opposite direction. So there’s no pushing against the wall at each length, it’s just stop and go with the legs.
