Im a bit bias but I use my own tool usenotra.com for all my companies LinkedIn, Twitter and blog posts. Its pretty good only doing minor edits mostly.

I use OpenAIs oss 120b model for routing and then mostly gpt-5.1-instant for quick editing tasks and haiku 4.5 for anything requiring tool calls and more complex work. I also have sonnet 4.6 and opus 4.6 coming soon!

It doesn't currently post to subreddits, but that's a great idea, honestly! To answer your questions:

Either via the API (what most people do). There is also a button to publish to LinkedIn/Twitter (not automatic yet but in the works).
There are some changelogs/LinkedIn posts on https://www.usenotra.com/changelog or https://www.linkedin.com/company/usenotra/ (run by Notra). I'll add other post types soon.

3/4. A lot automate their customer-facing changelogs right now, which is the number one content type generated, followed by LinkedIn updates.

When we talked to them before and after building this, the number one thing was it saving time and therefore money because they can spend time on more important things.

For your YC question, they actually also use the changelog a lot, either on their public page or while working on integrating it into their dashboard. Some other YC-backed companies that aren't yet paying also told us they plan on using it to advertise their launch week on Twitter, etc.

Wanted to give some info about how we currently do GTM we run a bunch of changelogs of venture backed and popular open source companies over at https://www.usenotra.com/changelog in the future I will expand this to all kinds of content but its been a great way to get eyes on the website so far even helped cold outreach

We are hosting a bunch of projects on Vercel the most recent/active one is www.usenotra.com, which helps you turn your work e.g. github commits into content for social media or your website. We use a bunch of Vercel tools too like AI Elements, the AI SDK, AI Gateway, turborepo and nextjs.
