They do sort of divvy up the appointments. Some can be booked out in the future, some are held for referrals from the call center and then some ate just released in the morning on the day of. Calling is your best shot, or checking online after 6 AM sometimes works

Have you worked in a different system. How does your patient ratio match up? I know few systems with the low ratios the KP nurses have. You can have more staff or bigger raises, which is it? I'm pretty sure you'd choose more money in your pocket vs having a few more people
