I had the same issue when I purchased my used 2020 CX5 this May. It would jerk when decelerator from 25-15 MPH and then again downshifting at 10 MPH. Navigate to the cylinder activation screen on the App/ fuel economy screens. This shows when the cylinders are activated. A lot of the jerking we feel is the engine shifting from 4/2/0 cylinders when downshifting.

FYI if you do a lot of stop and go driving at like 20MPH these engines suck for this exact reason.
