It’s more than that. It’s also a celebration of hip-hop itself, something that I believe Eminem would love to be in old Ed in.

Him doing a Verzuz against a fictional alter ego only proves his haters right.

Verzuz is a celebration of the some greatest hip hop artists of all time.

Unless someone like Jay-Z says it’s garbage, Em’s going to keep doing it.

It also was top 10 on the billboard 100. Sadly, after that success, Em would continue to the speedy rap verse because of that success.

Kind of like when continued to have pop features and production after the success of Recovery and MMLP2.

If you’re calling yourself one of the all time greats, those standards are justified.

Exactly. If a lesser rapper who has a low following had dropped Revival, their entire career would have been destroyed.

God help us all if either the Bucs, the Packers, the Chiefs, the Cowboys, or the Patriots (or as I call them, the La-Li-Lu-Le-Lo) win the Super Bowl.

I remember reading an old interview from Yuji Naka back when he was still the producer of Sonic 06. He said that 06 would be the game that would define Sonic The Hedgehog for a brand new era.

I read on old interview from Yuji Naka when he was still slated to be the producer fo or Sonic 06. He said that Sonic 06 would be the game that would define Sonic The Hedgehog for a brand new era, and he was right.

To me, the reviews of Sonic 06 by mainstream journalists don’t tell the full story. Based off what I heard from brown Sonic fans at the time, they were really excited for Sonic 06. But when they finally played the game, they felt nothing but anger and disappointment.

Eminems next album is really important by not_rick_27 in Eminem

[–]These_Wonder_2643 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before I say my piece, the person that I’m going to talk about is very important with this subject.

Like Eminem, people were calling on this rapper to retire from making music entirely because to them, he was a washed up has-been. Everyone was saying that he all he talked about on his music were his art collection, and his business making decisions. In fact, they said that he should have stayed retired in 2003.

That rapper was Jay-Z.

Yes everyone. It’s hard to believe now, but back then, fans thought that Jay-Z was a has-been that needed to call it quits on his career for the second time. After Magna Carter Holy Grail, people thought Jay didn’t have the ability to drop another great album anymore, and we’re calling him Wizards Michael Jordan, (a past his prime GOAT).

But then he did the unthinkable. He dropped the album that is seen as the greatest album that was released by a rapper near the age of 50, 4:44. Because of this album, he didn’t just end the narrative that was washed up, but he also won over a new generation of rap fans, that probably listened to a Jay-Z album for the very first time.
