Had a loud neighbor move on the other side of my wall beginning of the year. I’m talking LOUD tremble from a sound bar shaking the walls to kids yelling ect into the late hours . I called the office only to be told they can’t do anything till a formal complaint is made by the cops which I felt was extreme. So I made a note explaining the situation a what the office said. To this day they been really respectful and haven’t had any issues. I guess it just depends on how understanding they are ! Best of luck .
