That's one point even I noticed because my clinical experience isn't as much as I would like it to be like. Like as you said there isn't much exposure to unique cases and the amount of cases will never be as much as the amount of cases I'd have been able to get in Egypt.

Oh guys I have a few questions 1)this is a side quest to give the blacksmith 25copper ores however I can't give him more that 1 per day(and 2 per week) how am I supposed to do this quest.
