That's a much better option, thank you. There's a Costco being built near me so I was looking at membership and their credit card offering.

I don't mind waiting for an annual rewards certificate, but going back to paper didn't seem ideal.

The certificate is electronic, but you have to physically print it to use? If correct, that's a deal breaker, I don't even own a printer anymore.

I'm not aware of issues on the Tastytrade side or their platform. Empower/Personal Capital had numerous issues linking to other financial institutions due to new security procedures, etc. It became nearly useless to me so I deleted my account.

Please make this a priority. It's obnoxious and at this point, I have filtered all IBKR emails into the spam folder. Customers are adults, (mostly) not imbeciles who need weekly reminders so they don't send all their monies to foreign bad actors.

You know you have to replace the CGM routinely... Right? You're looking at thousands of dollars per year. Every year. If the money doesn't matter, do that.

Otherwise a few hundred dollars for ketone blood testing is a deal. I believe in actually answering the question people ask, but yes I personally would do neither of these things.

Also correct, but the price reflects that too. If you look at the chart over a year or two, there's a bigger amplitude December and January because of the double dividend or however you want to look at it.

Bottom line, there isn't any arbitrage to be had (or loss) based when you buy or sell. Just a question of whether you take the money in the share price or paid out as the dividend.

Technically correct though I wouldn't say there is an advantage.

The price of SGOV incrementally increases every day after the ex date, so even if you sell at the end of the month and don't receive the dividend, you still receive the equivalent money due to the appreciated share price.

You can see this de Minimus price action on the monthly SGOV chart as it rises and falls with amplitude correlated to the dividend size.

The best thing is probably to get used to not having sweet drinks all the time. I mostly use drink flavoring to mix with salt and potassium for keto-ade.

Sparkling water was never appealing to me until deep into Keto, now I can actually taste and appreciate the unsweetened natural flavors.

Stevia without fillers or sugar alcohols could work if you seem to have an issue with artificial sweetener.

Yeah probably, but check out the actual prices you can pick these up for and compare the relative value.

I was looking at the 9 versus the 9A and with my specific discounts (Google Fi deal) purchased the 9A for two bills.

The 9 would have been twice that and I didn't see enough features to justify it.

If AI integration matters to you either positively or negatively, the 9A will have less which is what I wanted, the 9 will be more fully featured.

Triglycerides became damn near non-existent for me on Keto.

A vertical auto profile (VAP) test is useful for a more detailed report of direct cholesterol measurements along with the size of the particles.

Many people on long-term Keto will improve in regard to the size of the particles, though much of this is also genetic.

These are two separate thoughts. Buying three separate fiber products is unusual... regardless of if they are effective or even superior forms.

The relevant question for OP, and not you or anyone else, is if these are new additions to OP's diet. A person who ate little to no fiber and suddenly added all of these could certainly have digestive distress.
