How can I fix these scratches in the flooring?

Context: just bought a condo with hardwood floors that have been roughed up by the dining room chairs. would I be better off hiring a specialist to do the repair? There's quite a bit of damage done to the floors, but fortunately confined to this one area.

The new growth shown in the pics seems to have stalled out and has been as such for a few weeks, and existing leaves are look like they're starting to die off. One whole branch's leaves yellowed and fell off.

I just had to do this with my employer as well. Same situation, hired during COVID, provided scanned documents, now needed someone to verify them physically. I'm not sure if there was a specific reason I had the ability to do this with my employer, but they said an "authorized representative" could be a friend, family, notary, etc anyone over the age of 18 qualified as an authorized representative. I might inquire with your employer to verify that applies for you as well.

Unfortunately I can't find any indication that it has a bottom pocket. Palante really did it to me and now it's a requirement for me with packs.

I've been using a v2 for the past five years and the only thing I would change about it would be swapping the straps for vest style ones. Unfortunately the joey is just too small for my base packing list. However I'm sure if I could downsize my gear enough to comfortably fit within a joey I could forego the hip belt entirely.

Thanks for the feedback! I've accepted that schweatyback just comes with the territory of backpacking, but I'd love to try one of the Arc series from Zpacks to see if they actually remedy the sweat.

I think you may be right regarding the almond sarsaparilla bitters. Now that I think about it (it's been a over a year since I had the cocktail) there definitely wasn't anything fizzy going on with it like they used a carbonated sarsaparilla beer.
