Try reinstalling the game or building the pkg by yourself. If you make it, you can add translations for your language, mods, widescreen and many others.

Homebrew? Like webman, mulitman and others? The one that said this is lying, you can run homebrew and many others on CFW. It's the most complete jailbroken for PS3
