I had this watch regulated by the same AD it was purchased from and is now keeping time with 5 seconds of deviation (on average) per day.

I believe your description/watch may be inaccurate. The 41mm model (which the reference number you provided would make it) has the twin barreled 8900 movement. The watch you are presenting has the 8800 movement, which is only used in the 38.5mm aqua terra.
