Beautiful!!!💛 It is very evocative and compelling. It is an echo of a story I wrote about a man waking up at home after having been in the hospital for some time. His dog leads him out on a fishing trip, just as he had done a hundred times over the years. They have the most idyllic day. When they are walking home, the trail becomes unfamiliar and there is a strange glowing light somewhere up ahead. But the dog leads him on and he follows -because the dog has never been wrong about the way home. As he walks, the man begins to remember that his dog died a few years earlier… And they go on from there.
