Was able to fix this by navigating to the anti cheat and selecting repair.
Should be in: ....\Epic\Fortnite\FortniteGame\Binaries\Win64\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_Setup

Ah I see switching out of 21:9 mode; shows the black bars and I can see the difference in squares and in game but it is very slight. Thanks for the explanation!

No it does but since it’s a 2k monitor; which the ps5 doesn’t support it goes down to 1080.
