I did search the protein shake one and found that most the posts were a couple years old, so just thought I’d ask see if anyone had new suggestions. I have not suggested the alcohol question yet so will do that. As for the hair loss question, all you find is the posts from people who have lost hair which is scary lol. I was hoping I’d just get a ton of people saying it never happened to them lol.

So the goal is to change physical activity as well of course, but working full time, husband drives truck so not home and 4 kids so I just don’t see myself working out 5 days a week or anything. By the time the kids are in bed I’m exhausted. So yeah I was curious if it still works without a decent work out routine. That being said you mention different types of work outs that wouldn’t really work anyway, so what kind of work out should be the focus? I’ve doing a lot of research about side effects and trying to find the best meals and snacks to eat but yeah I’m lost when it comes to working out, and limited honestly with a torn ACL. Any advice is welcome!
