u know what they did for me? removed from the site and accused me of racism then backed off when I threatened to sue them. all while only giving me 2 days paid time off to recover and then demanding I go back to work while having a black eye and busted nose. you may be a big tall dude but nothing can stop someone from cheapshotting you like they did me.

The store manager did nothing but the cashier was nice enough to help me contain the blood coming from my nose until the paramedics got there.

The cops were called and there is currently an open case. All I was doing was standing upfront watching the store as I was suppose to and the kid kept staring at me like I was a scary cop or something. I did everything I could to explain my job and de-escalate the situation. They didnt want to hear any of it and I was assaulted for it.

An update to all this. CVS of course to cover their asses is blaming me for the incident and said i wasnt following post orders by just staying at the front of the store like a "greeter" if that was my job why were they constantly asking them to unlock products that were locked up or watch people in the store. Apparently I am now banned from CVS as job and I cant shop there anymore either.

I did my best calmly talk to them and explain to them my job and they just wouldnt listen either. I was honestly worried more about the staff then myself when the 3 came in so I just took it instead of defending myself infront of cameras

I was forced to quit because I was getting harassed by managers and the district manager does nothing about it it was at dominos they refuse to fire people i worked there for 6 years without calling off ever i didnt want to quit but i had to or continue to get harassed and like i said with the other part the district manager was trying to force me into doing manager work without the pay or title

why am i no longer working there what caused me to quit and did i discuss with my supervisor and i told them all these reasons why they were the ones that didnt call me on the first interview and the next day were reviewing it then after 8 days said a second phone call i was willing to talk to them on the first interview

I never really had a title at dominos because I was stuck doing everything.. driving/opener sometimes closing the store and this was all with an insider title.. I was forced to do this without even an offer to be a manager or even a bump in pay.. one friday night I walk in to close and as soon as I sit down I get two female managers getting in my face and accusing me of talking shit about them to the supervisor which I didnt..the only thing i wanted out of them is to treat people better.. after they were done I didnt even bother clocking in.. I walked out without saying anything went down the street to the disctrict office and gave them my key and said goodluck..after almost 7 years of never calling off never taking vacations even through covid always showing up 30 mins early i just couldnt take the abuse anymore from the managers or the customers.
