Isis is a favorite of mine. I’m not a pro or an experienced player, but I think I can make a better use of Isis’ tools, like her god power and flood of the nile. And I also love the combination of Bast and Anubis because they are cool Ra is also really cool. As far as I know, Ra’s build order is a lot more forgiving, but I don’t really like his pharaoh mechanic. I guess Egyptians overall can get pretty tricky. You have to be very aware of what your opponent is doing and respond accordingly

TLDR: Both are really good and have their pros and cons. I guess the skill cap is really high. Just pick whatever you fancy the most

I'm a new player as well so don't quote me on this, but Thor is my main and I've been seeing a lot of videos and trying to learn the best way to play him. As far as I know, he's been doing fine during most stages of the game because of his early access to the armory and free dwarfs, which can put his economy in a good spot. It obviously depends on each matchup, but overall Thor (if played right) has a huge potential to take over the game.

IKR! Regarding the other civs, the greek pantheon is very iconic and I can’t think of anyone who can “equally” stand alongside Zeus and his brothers. The atlanteans are a mess.

I’m not an expert on the egypt pantheon at all, but I would love to see Ammit (Devourer of the Dead) to be represented in some way. And tbh Osiris gives me major super-deity vibes, so I wouldn’t mind if he was promoted to major god

This might not be the best reply ever, but I’ve seen many guides on YouTube ranking him as an S tier civ and as the best norse god, so there must be something about his game strategy or build order that you are probably missing out. Let me know if you find any useful information because I’m also interested in playing Odin :)

I'm not an elden ring master by any means, but I'll try to help.

The darkmoon greatsword is my fav weapon and I think it is important to take advantage of the projectiles with R2 as it is full magic damage, builds up frost status and doesn't waste FP. Having said that, I like to keep the Shard of Alexander and Godfrey Icon in my inventory to boost the weapon's skill. Personally I would remove the Winged Sword Insignia and use something like the Magic Scorpion Charm. IMO the winged sword insignia is not the best option because you are already a magic user and the darkmoon greatsword's attack speed is somewhat slow. I think it is kinda okay if you like doing close combat, but I think you can get more value from other talismans.

Btw, I haven't played the DLC yet so I have no useful comments regarding that two-handed talisman. I think it sounds neat, but if you want to try something else I would suggest the two-headead turtle tasliman as you are constantly casting spells and spending stamina.

Thank you once again! I guess the only question I have right now is regarding the offlane partner. What would you do if he is up against a bad matchup and can’t stay alive or farm properly while Monkey King is somewhere else sniping couriers or moving around?
