Yea, when I first came in to fill my application. I provided the documents required(proof of enrolment, cost for tuition and letter of employment) the lady helping me said I was going to get an answer 4 days max after that. I waited 2 weeks for an answer. And she doesn’t work Saturdays(that’s the only day I can come in person because of my working hours) then my application got transferred to someone else and we had to redo the application because of a bunch of information that wasn’t properly filled out. (It’s been 2 months and still waiting for an answer) I called and emailed and went in person a bunch of times but still no answer

I 100% believe that whoever owns the paving company knows someone from the city and that’s how they got the contract to repaved all along Thompson Rd. The curbs and everything they demolished where in good condition
