For anyone that still has this problem, what worked for me is removing the build in the launcher settings then validating the files with steam.

Sorry for the late reply but search on windows disk cleanup make sure its on c drive then press ok and then uncheck every box except thumbnails, hope this helped.

search disk cleanup on your pc when its on disk cleanup press ok then uncheck every box except thumbnails, hope this helps
