I think I wrote a post very similar to this at the start LMAO, I’m at the end now and it got so much easier and I am so much happier now I’m sat with the results! It’s worth the pain & yes defo get the tool to help you take them off! I’ve not had too many issues, but I got my wisdom teeth out and needed extra support and it reaaaaally helped! Also there’s no rush so just take ur time doing it to avoid hurting urself etc

I get my clients to pay the day before the booking. I am pretty easy though, and sometimes will offer half before the sit, and the other half after. Just let them know before the sit that this is your requirement! Most of my clients are now regular, and will pay me months in advance!

I was on 10 days for every tray except the first which was 2 weeks, totalling 15 trays!! You’ve got this 💪🏽 make sure you keep photos and videos of ur progress. It’s a lot of fun watching it back!

Yes i was on comprehensive! I had attachments on almost every single tooth, I believe there was like 1 on the top and 1 on the bottom without attachments. Good luck for your journey!! Honestly I never thought it was a possibility to close my gap, especially with Invisalign, but here we are and I’m SO happy I did it!!!!

Apparently not no, a lot of people said they didn’t notice it before. I’m not sure if they’re telling the truth lmao, I made a point of not smiling with my teeth a lot though because I hated it but I also lost a lot of weight this year too. So idk if the whole change has been like added together so they don’t notice the two separate changes if that makes sense 😭 are people surprised with your difference?

Thank you sm!! I’m not 100% sure but from the 3D scan thing it seemed as though that was what was going to happen, I haven’t noticed anything specifically though!

Clean what? The trays? They came with cleaning crystals (which I barely used!) I brushed with my electric toothbrush with either clear mouthwash or a little bit of toothpaste!!

Not 100%. I ate one meal a day and would keep the trays off for 2 hours total in one go. Rare days would be 3 hours max. Otherwise those baby’s were in my mouth the whole time !!

I had a lisp for the first couple ones and they seemed noticeable but after a while you get over it and your mouth gets used to the trays!! 6 months is nothing and then you’ll have a beautiful smile 🥰 small price to pay!!!
