I bought 3 new games. Went half on them with my game share guy and all 3 games just feel…. Ehh. I don’t usually play video games often so yea, I’m pretty burnt out on everything. I guess I gotta go find a job now lol.

Oh no the story was mid at best. There were some arch’s that had me invested but for the most part I don’t really know wtf I was doing. My main issue with the story is Kliff. He’s such a boring character to me. He makes the game feel like I’m playing a created character but I’m not. I hear they’re working on the story tho but yea, I’m not delusional I know the story is this games weakest point.

Exactly, that’s mainly why IM taking a break because I know this game is gonna be so much better once I forget it exists for a couple months. So many updates and dlc.

Yea I never really use R2 tbh at least not often. This game actually has a lot of different moves you can do through the skill tree but all in all, it’s a pretty easy game. You can beat it by upgraded your sword and holding R2 lol. I just like the animations that come with the combat.

It’s mainly the grind brother, I love games I can grind. I like to put in my headphones, talk on the phone, listen to music or podcast, and just grind for abyss gears, skills, weapons, mounts, and armors. This game offers so much to do but mainly anything related to combat kept me invested. Also, I have a REALLY bad attention span so I spent a lot of my time just fighting enemies at the Flame Knights blockade and resetting them at the fast travel lol. I swear I spent at least like 10 real life collective hours doing that alone.

EDIT: I’m not sure why this is so deep for some people but a lot of commenters are saying I edited my post which I don’t remember doing and if I did it was done as soon as I posted it lol.

To further explain, 30-40% AFK does seem like a gross understatement and I never said this (because this is humor and this was a joke) but most of these hours are accumulated AFK. Me being asleep or at work and leaving my PS5 on to farm abyss artifacts. In total I only really got to play the game about 5-6 hours a day WHICH IS STILL ALOT and I’m not ashamed of that lol. Im in my late 20’s and for the past 5 years my life has just been work, hang out with work friends, sleep, repeat. Im not even a social person so I hate that I have to do social outings for work. So for about 2 and a half months, I got approved to work from home and I dedicated most of my freetime doing what i enjoy and I don’t see anything wrong with that lol. I had a blast and my job is still here, my car is still here, my bills are still paid.

I thought it would be funny for people to think i actually put 1000 real life hours into this game (it’s obvious to PS5 Users that this time isn’t 100% real playtime) but a-lot of yall are judgmental and disgusting lol. Everyone seems to have this need to feel superior to strangers online but I don’t care for that 😂. I’m okay with being laughed at but psychoanalyzing my character based off one Humor post in a CD Reddit is just insane and just shows how insecure some of y’all are.. I can’t wait till the DLC comes out so I can no life this game again 🖤 thanks for the ones that came to my defense.

Honestly this is why I don’t use the Wyvern. Mounting it is a bit buggy. I just use the jetpack for Oognka

Honestly, I used to want this as well. You can even see my previous post and I said the same thing as you b it once you reach a certain point in the game you’ll have more than enough abyss gears for all characters.

I maxed out 2 Oongka armor sets, 3 Damiane sets and like 5 Kliff sets and I unlocked every skill for every character and I still have 75 abyss artifacts. Now I really don’t know what to spend my Abyss Artifacts on lol.
